Context
Retailer A needed a new interactive module to help customers choose and calculate paint online — a category where color, texture, and coverage are inherently tactile and historically hard to convey through a screen.
Role & Collaboration
Led the project end-to-end — user research, UX redesign, and coordination of a development team through implementation.
Process
Ran an opportunity-mapping exercise and an ideation workshop with cross-functional stakeholders to align on the problem space before designing solutions, and mapped the full customer journey to pinpoint exactly where the offline-to-online gap was widest.
